Our session times and fees...
At Hummingbird Preschool, it is our mission to make learning fun for every child. With excellent resources and learning facilities at our disposal, we believe in small group sizes for more individualised attention from highly qualified staff members.
We run different sessions throughout the day, which require booking at time of registration.
From April 2026 our session fees are as follows:
Full Day Session = £70.00
Morning or Afternoon Session = 35.00
Extended Day (early start or late finish) = £5.00
All Government funded hours at Hummingbird Preschool are offered completely free to families. We make no charges for food or non-food consumables, activities, and optional services.
Funded Sessions are 5 or 10 hours for a half or full day.

The Hummingbird Story
In our work and play, we are inspired by the story of the hummingbird. The hummingbird’s story is one of self-belief and achievement.
In this story, although he was very small, the hummingbird tried his best to make a positive change in the world and be the best he could be.
Our belief is that we can all strive to be like the hummingbird, and ‘do the best we can.’
